How the ProJet® XJP X60 Series 3D Printers Work:

  1. Create 3D physical models layer by layer directly from digital data, turning concepts and ideas into real-world 3D physical models that you can check and evaluate with your own hands.

  2. Import 3D CAD files into companion software. The software splits the file into thin cross-sections, layer by layer, and then feeds these cross-sections into the 3D printer.

  3. By applying a layer of powder to the cross-section of the part and inkjet printing adhesive, the printer can create one layer at a time of the model.

  4. This process repeats automatically until each layer is printed and the part can be removed.

Textile Scanner

 xTex is the latest generation of fabric scanning equipment, which can accurately capture the texture of the fabric at high speed, automatically identify the texture pattern and generate the material map in cycle, and perform a 3D visualization virtual display of the fabric texture material. 

xTex is a powerful tool for the digitization of fabric textures, which is widely used for digital design, display and virtual reality in the fields of textiles, clothing, leather, shoes, bags, home textiles and furniture.

High resolution: The maximum resolution reaches 2000dpi

Leather Nesting and Cutter

Ideal for small-scale production and prototype making, the leather cutting machine is an interactive cutting concept.

We have different models to cope with different precision requirements, Be able to nest and cut an area of up to 3200x1300mm. It is possible to increase throughput, improve the quality of prototypes, and improve the accuracy of work.

Automatic multi-layer Cutter

It is suitable for clothing, handbags and other industries, with a highly intelligent and user-friendly operation interface, with a cutting thickness of up to 80mm (after vacuum compression) and a maximum cutting speed of 16m per minute.

Key features:

Intelligent knife design: the speed of the cutter head motor is up to 6000 rpm, which can sharpen the knife while moving, saving working time. And it can automatically adjust the angle of the knife according to the change of pressure to achieve precise cutting.

Window vacuum design: equipped with negative pressure constant system, the pressure can be automatically adjusted when passing through the window, so as to avoid the displacement of the fabric caused by pressure changes.

Self-diagnosis and early warning diagnosis: real-time monitoring, remote assistance, and deal with problems as soon as possible.
